We want you to LOVE your home so, to protect you, if for any reason during the first 12 months of ownership you find yourself deciding to SELL the home you've purchased, my Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee* kicks in to protect you.

If you purchase a home through Rosemary Anderson’s RightHouse Team, I will offer to SELL YOUR HOME FOR FREE, waiving my normal real estate listing commission.*

*All our Guarantees contain terms and conditions. This Guarantee is offered by Rosemary Anderson of the RightHouse Team at Re/Max Real Estate Services. The following are the conditions which apply to this guarantee: If you purchase a home through Rosemary Anderson’s RightHouse Team, I will offer to SELL YOUR HOME FOR FREE, waiving my normal real estate listing commission, if for any reason during the first 12 months of ownership you find yourself deciding to SELL the home you've purchased. Any commission payable to the buyer's agent is not included in this guarantee. If the home remains unsold six months after being re-listed by the RightHouse Team, the Team is no longer obligated to list and market it for sale without commission. The guaranteed party must buy their "replacement" home through the RightHouse Team within six months of their home being sold, otherwise my normal listing commission becomes payable. This guarantee does not apply to "investors" who buy homes for the purpose of improving them in order to resell for a profit, nor does it apply to transferees whose sales are guaranteed by a third party, nor does this guarantee apply to anyone whose expressed intention at the time of purchase is to sell in any case within approximately one year.
